Step into Dance

Step into Dance is open to secondary schools in London and Essex. The programme currently runs in 200 schools, and is the largest inclusive and ongoing community dance programme in London.

Schools on the programme are entitled to up to 2 hours a week of classes, these classes generally take place after school time, however under certain circumstances classes can take place within curriculum time. There is a wide range of dance on offer including, Contemporary, Bollywood, African Dance, Ballet, Salsa, Samba, Ballroom and Street styles: Breaking, Hip Hop, Popping and Locking, and more. The programme is now full for 2011/12, however please let us know if your school is interested in joining up next year.

• 1 hour a week of classes: £330

• 1.5 hours a week of classes: £360

• 2 hours a week of classes: £420
